Transworld Airlines (TWA) has appointed Gatwick Handling (GHI) as its ground-handling agent at the London airport in south-east England. GHI managing director Peter O'Boyle (left) is seen here confirming the deal with TWA station manager, Mike Spencer. TWA operates a daily Boeing 767 transatlantic service from Gatwick to St Louis in Missouri, although it has applied for additional slots and hopes to double the frequency by mid-1997. GHI has contracts with several Gatwick-based airlines, including Delta, Virgin and North West.
