Overhauler and maintainer UNC Airwork, of Millville, New Jersey, has named Benjamin Johnson director of aviation programmes. With the company since 1987, Johnson was formerly director of military and Government programmes and vice-president of customer support. Michael McCauley becomes national sales director for domestic business aviation. He was formerly director for AlliedSignal TFE731 and Rolls-Royce engine programmes. Robert Paden is named programme sales manager for R-R and AlliedSignal engine programmes. Anthony Charaf is appointed vice-president of marketing for the Middle East at UNC international, with responsibility for marketing and sales for all UNC divisions. He was previously with Ryder Airline Services.
