Things are looking up for local UK firm St Bernard Composites which has just signed a deal with Hispano-Suiza, for three years, to supply bonded acoustic panels for the Airbus A320 thrust reversal system. St Bernard Composites, exhibiting in Hall 4/B5, is also showing off a new seat bucket for the Sikorsky S-92. Designed and built in just three months, the ultra-light carbon fibre seat weighs in at less than 2.5kg and yet is extremely safe as it can absorb the energy of a 26G crash.
