Air navigation services Amendments to the German Air Navigation Services Act were passed in the German parliament last week laying down regulations for the privatisation of air navigation services provider Deutsche Flugsicherung (DFS). The law will permit investors to buy 74.9% of DFS, while the government will retain 25.1%. Formerly a federal administrative agency, DFS was restructured in 1993 as an autonomous state-owned corporation.
