Rick Sine has been appointed vice-president, engineering services and quality assurance, at Intertrade, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Sine was an executive-level maintenance/operations leader with United Parcel Service Airlines. Intertrade has also appointed Perry Rebhuhn as senior accounts executive and Bruce Gross as senior accounts manager. Rebhuhn was formerly senior trading executive at The Memphis Group, and Gross was manager of airline marketing at British Aerospace USA.
