After updating the manufacturing process at their Dallas facility, IndUS aviation is promoting new refinements to their Thorpedo light sport aircraft.

The LSA is a derivative of the Thorp T211 "This is a markedly different airplane than we offered a year ago," says Scott Severen, director of marketing and sales. "We have been observing the market and are dramatically upping the ante."

The derivative has a new engine cowl, boarding steps, wingtips with enclosed landing lights, and a refinement of the sliding canopy. It also has a fireproof firewall coating, pass through connectors, braided stainless steel fuel and oil lines, and all aircraft grade circuit breakers and switches. "Other upgrades may be added at on an 'at cost' basis," adds Severen.
